Business Development Manager

On-site | Mysuru, Karnataka

CTC: ₹2,40,000 per annum + Commission (terms to be discussed during the interview)

Role Overview

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and align them with Vrihaa Labs’ software solutions and services.
Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery.
Track sales performance, meet targets, and contribute to overall business growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technology solutions and explain them to clients in simple terms.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
Prior experience in business development or sales will be an added advantage.
