Role Overview We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Mysuru office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding Vrihaa Labs’ presence in the market. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across sectors. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client needs and align them with Vrihaa Labs’ software solutions and services. Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and smooth project delivery. Track sales performance, meet targets, and contribute to overall business growth. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technology solutions and explain them to clients in simple terms. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven. Prior experience in business development or sales will be an added advantage. What We Offer Competitive CTC of ₹2,40,000 per annum + performance-based commissions.
