We offer end-to-end support for Undergraduate and Postgraduate admissions and aim to simplify the international education journey for students across India.

Job Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Business Development Manager to drive outreach activities, forge institutional partnerships, and generate student leads for international education programs. This role requires extensive travel to schools and colleges to conduct seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and other academic institutions
  • Organize and conduct seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions on overseas education for UG and PG students
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow the student base and institutional network
  • Collaborate with internal teams (counseling, admissions, marketing) to ensure successful post-event lead conversion
  • Manage event logistics, scheduling, branding materials, and reporting
  • Meet and exceed outreach and enrolment targets within assigned regions
  • Represent Vibedu at education fairs, student expos, and university-led events
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in international education, admissions, visa procedures, and destination updates
Qualifications Skills Required
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
3 5 years of relevant experience in business development
Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build and manage B2B relationships
Willingness to travel frequently within the region
Goal-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
