Job Description

Business Development & Government Liaisoning Executive

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

1. Business Development & Proposal Support

  • Support senior management in

    business development activities

    across Infrastructure, Financial Advisory, Real Estate, and Hospitality sectors.
  • Prepare and coordinate

    Expressions of Interest (EOI), Technical & Financial Proposals

    , and related bid documents under guidance.
  • Create

    business presentations, pitch decks, proposals, and client documentation

    using PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva.
  • Maintain

    MIS, lead trackers, proposal status reports

    , and documentation records.

2. Infrastructure & Consultancy Projects

  • Assist in proposal preparation for projects related to

    Roads & Highways, Ports, Transmission Lines, Urban Infrastructure, Water Supply & Sanitation, ESIA & EMP

    .
  • Handle

    CV formatting of key experts

    strictly as per client / RFP requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with tender guidelines and submission requirements.

3. Government Liaisoning & Coordination

  • Liaise and coordinate with

    MoRT&H, NHAI (HQ), NHIDCL, World Bank, ADB

    , and other Central/State Government departments.
  • Support follow-ups related to submissions, clarifications, approvals, and meetings with officials.
  • Assist in

    e-tendering activities

    , online submissions, and portal-based documentation.

4. Documentation & MIS Management

  • Responsible for

    document formatting, cover page designing, document control, printing, compilation, and final submission

    .
  • Ensure version control, confidentiality, and timely dispatch of documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external agencies for documentation support.

5. Financial Advisory & Sector Support

  • Support preparation of

    Excel-based financial models, data sheets, and analysis

    under guidance.
  • Assist in coordination with

    financial institutions, investors, and advisors

    .
  • Identify cross-sector opportunities and support

    cross-selling initiatives

    .

6. Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong coordination with

    clients, seniors, colleagues, subordinates, and external stakeholders

    .
  • Ensure smooth communication and high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate professional communication skills and telephonic etiquette.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Education:

    Graduate (BA) / MBA / PGDM (Marketing / Finance / IR / Real Estate / Hospitality preferred)
  • Experience:

    • Minimum

      5+ years

      (10+ years preferred) in

      Business Development / Proposal / Liaisoning roles

    • Prior experience in

      Infrastructure Consultancy Firms

      will be a strong advantage
  • Technical Skills (Mandatory):

    • MS Word,

      Excel, PowerPoint

    • Canva (for presentations & pitch decks)
    • Proposal formatting & CV customization
    • Internet research &

      e-Tendering portals

  • Key Skills:
