Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior BDM with a strong background in direct client acquisition and relationship management within the US staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of closing new business, managing key accounts, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire direct clients for IT staffing services (contract, contract-to-hire, full-time).Generate and qualify leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth.Maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers (VPs, Directors, Hiring Managers).Collaborate with internal delivery/recruitment teams to fulfill client needs.Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.Conduct regular client calls, virtual meetings, and quarterly business reviews.Negotiate client contracts, SLAs, and pricing models.

Requirements

8–15 years of proven experience in US IT Staffing Sales.Must have closed multiple direct client deals (not limited to MSPs/VMS).Deep understanding of US staffing operations, compliance, and market trends.Strong network of direct client contacts in IT/Tech domain.Ability to work independently with a hunter mindset and consultative sales approach.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Fortune 500/enterprise-level clients.Knowledge of IT roles across various verticals (Cloud, ERP, DevOps, Data, etc.).Skills: sales,relationship management,interpersonal skills,communication skills,negotiation,it,us it staffing,client acquisition,revenue,business development
