Job Description

As an RCM Sales Executive, your role will focus on identifying new business opportunities in the US healthcare market, driving sales efforts, and working closely with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through to the successful closing of deals. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping healthcare organizations optimize their revenue cycle through SolvEdge s solutions.
 

Primary Skills

 

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on the US healthcare market, specifically targeting Revenue Cycle Management services.
  • Identify potential clients (hospitals, healthcare providers, medical billing companies) and develop new business opportunities.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored RCM solutions that align with their operational requirements.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving growth in revenue for the RCM division.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients in the healthcare sector.
  • Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth sales process and providing solutions that enhance the revenue cycle.
  • Provide ongoing support and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling SolvEdge s services.

Sales Execution & Reporting:

  • Work with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer support) to ensure alignment in approach and deliverables.
  • Use CRM tools to track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast revenue.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and differentiate SolvEdge offerings.
  • Work with senior management to adjust product positioning based on market needs and customer demands.

Sales Operations:

  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to post-sale customer engagement.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts to support business development efforts.
  • Contribute to achieving sales KPIs and targets by driving a high level of customer satisfaction.

Negotiation & Contracting:

  • Participate in contract negotiations, ensuring that terms are aligned with SolvEdge s strategic goals and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards in healthcare billing and payments.

Post-Sale Client Support:

  • Support clients during the transition from sales to implementation, ensuring smooth onboarding and successful integration of RCM solutions.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure that clients are effectively using the RCM tools to optimize their revenue cycle processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience

    : Minimum

    8 10 years

    of experience in B2B sales within the healthcare or RCM domain, with a proven track record of closing deals and generating revenue.
  • Education

    : bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Expertise

    : Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical billing processes, claims management, and healthcare finance.
  • Communication

    : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build trust with key decision-makers.
  • Tech-Savvy

    : Familiarity with CRM tools and experience in using technology to support sales activities.
