Role Overview

energetic, result-driven Field Business Development Managers

If you love meeting people, talking confidently, and closing deals — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients (apartments, villas, offices, institutions).
• Pitch Urban Trash’s subscription-based waste collection solutions.
• Conduct field visits and daily client meetings (10+/day).
• Negotiate and finalize service agreements.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to drive local campaigns.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and convincing skills (Malayalam + English).
• Confident, talkative, and passionate about fieldwork.
• 1–4 years of

  sales/business development experience

  (B2B/B2C).

• 2-wheeler

  with valid license (must for field visits).
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow fast.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or Google Sheets preferred.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Compensation

• Fixed Pay:

  ₹20,000 - ₹30,000/month

• Incentives:

  Unlimited – based on performance and closures

• Extras:

  Fuel/travel allowance, mobile allowance, and rewards for top performers
