Explain our waste collection & subscription plans simply and clearly. Build a steady lead pipeline; make 20–30 calls/visits per day. Run demos, negotiate terms, and close recurring subscriptions. Maintain basic CRM/Google Sheet of leads, calls, meetings, and closures. Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and first-month service. Hit weekly/monthly targets and grow accounts via referrals & upsells. What we’re looking for Strong communication and convincing skills (Malayalam + basic English). Active, talkative, and confident personality; loves fieldwork. Target-driven with a habit of daily follow-ups and fast closure. Smart phone usage, CRMs, Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp & Email proficiency. 2-wheeler with license (preferred) and readiness to travel locally. Experience: 2–4 years in field sales/BD (freshers with "hustle" welcome).
