Job Description

Field Sales Executive / BDM – Urban Trash (Kochi)

About the role

  • Type: Full-time | Field Sales / Business Development
  • Location: Kakkanadu & nearby areas (field-based, daily client visits)
  • Industry: Waste Management & Recycling Services (B2B/B2C)

What you’ll do

  • Prospect & visit apartments, villas, offices, Businesses, shops, small industries.
  • Explain our waste collection & subscription plans simply and clearly.
  • Build a steady lead pipeline; make 20–30 calls/visits per day.
  • Run demos, negotiate terms, and close recurring subscriptions.
  • Maintain basic CRM/Google Sheet of leads, calls, meetings, and closures.
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and first-month service.
  • Hit weekly/monthly targets and grow accounts via referrals & upsells.

What we’re looking for

  • Strong communication and convincing skills (Malayalam + basic English).
  • Active, talkative, and confident personality; loves fieldwork.
  • Target-driven with a habit of daily follow-ups and fast closure.
  • Smart phone usage, CRMs, Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp & Email proficiency.
  • 2-wheeler with license (preferred) and readiness to travel locally.

Experience:
2–4 years in field sales/BD (freshers with "hustle" welcome).

  • Fixed salary: ₹25,000+/month (based on experience & Performance)
