Role Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients (apartments, villas, offices, institutions).
  • Promote Urban Trash’s subscription waste collection services.
  • Meet monthly sales targets with attractive incentives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of sales experience (B2B/B2C, field sales preferred).
  • Experience in client relationship management & cold calling.
  • Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in sales/CRM tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in waste management or environmental services is an added advantage.

Job Details

📍 Location: Kochi (preferred)

  • 💰 Salary: ₹25,000/month + incentives
