Job Description

We’re Hiring: Client Servicing & Business Development Executive – Digital Marketing


Location:

Full-time | Reporting to: Founder & CEO



Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client goals and ensure timely delivery of campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams: creative, content, and design
  • Analyze campaign performance and share optimization insights
  • Conduct regular client feedback sessions
  • Build long-term client relationships
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase wallet share
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and share relevant insights
  • Analyze market data and customer insights to improve servicing strategy


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team
