Business Development Manager – Full Time

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients, acting as their trusted partner.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team to achieve sales and client engagement targets.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize client value.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage renewals, and maintain long-term partnerships.
  • Analyze account performance and provide regular business updates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Client Partner, or similar role.
  • Background in a 

    service-based business

     (e.g., marketing, EdTech, consulting, IT, outsourcing, etc.).
  • Strong track record in leading sales/lead generation teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts with a strategic mindset.
