Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Kottakkal. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, creating and implementing sales strategies, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. The role involves regular market analysis, sales forecasting, and reporting.

Qualifications

Business Development and Sales skills, including relationship management and lead generation
Market Analysis and Strategic Planning skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in the IT services industry is a plus
