The Role: Business Development Manager (Technical Sales)

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our growth engine identifying opportunities, engaging decision-makers, and closing impactful deals. This role sits at the intersection of business acumen and technical curiosity, giving you the chance to drive real change while building lasting client relationships.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead from the Front: Identify and qualify new B2B leads through cold outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Engage C-Level Clients: Collaborate with CISOs, CTOs, and IT leaders to understand their pain points and craft value-driven proposals.
  • Architect Tailored Solutions: Leverage our suite of cybersecurity, network monitoring, and GRC tools to design client-specific strategies.
  • Drive the Sales Cycle: Manage your pipeline via CRM, deliver accurate forecasts, and ensure follow-through on every opportunity.
  • Be the Market Eyes & Ears: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging tech landscapes.
  • Team Up for Success: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, Inside-sales, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years in B2B sales, ideally in cybersecurity, network solutions, or IT services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, etc.) are a bonus.
