Job Description

Job Summary:
Sai Techno Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader for Business Development in IT Sales. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand the company's presence in the IT solutions market.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the business development team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT solutions market.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry contacts.

Client Engagement:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
  • Understand client needs and propose tailored IT solutions to address their challenges.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and provide insights to refine business development approaches.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to track team performance.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market developments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience of 2 years in IT sales with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT products and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
