Role & responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage clients for recruitment and staffing services.

  • Drive lead generation through cold calling, networking, and market research.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

  • Understand hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team for smooth delivery.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5-10 years of proven sales/business development experience in Recruitment, Staffing, or HR Consulting.

  • Strong track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience in working with startups or fast-growing firms is highly preferred.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work effectively in a remote environment.
