As a Partner IPO Advisory, your role will involve leading and expanding the Capital Markets Advisory practice with a focus on Initial Public Offerings (IPO), SME IPOs, Qualified Institutional Placements (QIPs), and Pre-IPO advisory. You will guide clients from various industries through their entire listing journey. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and oversee end-to-end IPO advisory, including Pre-IPO readiness, SME IPO structuring, and QIP execution. - Advise clients on capital raising strategies, valuation, investor positioning, governance, and regulatory compliance. - Manage the complete IPO lifecycle, including due diligence, DRHP drafting, SEBI & stock exchange filings, investor roadshows, and listing requirements. - Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators (SEBI, Stock Exchanges), merchant bankers, law firms, auditors, and other stakeholders. - Drive business development by engaging with promoters, boards, and PE/VC-backed companies considering IPOs or QIPs. - Collaborate with internal teams (Tax, Audit, Legal, Risk Advisory) to deliver integrated solutions to clients. - Mentor and lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality advisory services. Qualifications & Experience: - Chartered Accountant, MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent professional qualification. - 15-20 years of proven experience in capital markets, investment banking, or transaction advisory, with significant exposure to IPO/QIP/SME IPO advisory. - Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act, ICDR regulations, and listing requirements. - Demonstrated success in executing large IPOs, SME listings, and QIPs. - Excellent client relationship management, networking, and business development capabilities. - Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
