Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Surat, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have between 5 to 10 years of experience in the IT industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
Promote the company's products/services to address or predict clients' objectives.
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to established legal guidelines.
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other relevant documents.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople.
Research and identify new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
Meet with customers/clients face-to-face or over the phone.
Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients.
Understand and effectively respond to customer needs.
Think strategically to set aims and objectives for business development.
Work strategically to implement operational changes.
Advise others about the business's products or services.
Ensure staff are on board with necessary changes and understand their role.
Train team members, arranging external training when needed.
Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
Liaise with finance, warehousing, and logistics departments as appropriate.
Seek improvements in business operations.
