• Identify potential growth opportunities across target markets and sectors.

• Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and business channels.
• Qualify leads, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and ensure timely follow-ups.

3. Relationship Management

• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Address client feedback and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

4. Sales & Performance

• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on business performance metrics.

5. Market & Competitor Analysis

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Adjust business strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.

6. Proposal & Tender Management

• Prepare and manage proposals, tenders, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality submissions aligned with client requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Preferred Education: BE with MBA.
• Experience: Minimum 15 years in Business Development for PMC, Construction, or Interior projects
