We specialize in the manufacturing and design of Electrical Control Panels and export these globally. With a state-of-the-art manufacturing units, we ensure high-quality products, including Medium Voltage Panels, Control Panels with DCS/PLC, and Power Control Centers. . Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Manager role based in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing comprehensive business strategies. Daily tasks will include market analysis, managing sales pipelines, conducting negotiations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and business growth. Qualifications Strong understanding of the Electrical Control Panels industry, including products such as Medium Voltage Panels, Relay Control Panels, and Motor Control CentersExperience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategyExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to conduct market analysis and develop strategic plansProficiency in using CRM software and other business development toolsDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical is a must Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the electrical engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
