1. Conduct primary research to identify potential clients and generate leads within the target industry segment through cold calling, client meetings, and other outreach methods.
2. Responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
3. Manage client relationships by fostering strong connections and retaining existing accounts, including handling Key Account Management.
4. Prepare offers and tenders for potential clients.
5. Engage in techno-commercial discussions and negotiations with clients.
6. Convert inquiries into successful orders.
7. Collaborate closely with department heads or designated team members to ensure the completion of allocated tasks.
8. Establish and maintain long-term, trusting client relationships.
9. Frequent travel as required.
10. Monitor competitors' activities and assess their strategies to stay competitive.
11. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
1. 4-9 years of experience in Sales & Marketing or a related field (B2B)
2. B. Tech/B.E. degree from a recognized university in any specialization.
3. Strong interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with both clients and team members.
4. Proven leadership abilities to manage teams and drive results-oriented decision-making.
