Rhizome is an International Architecture and Interior Design Practice based in Sydney and Gurugram. We Specialize in Hotels, Resorts, Real Estate Developments and Luxury Residences.We are working with brands like Marriott, Hyatt, Taj, Radisson and Khyber. Our recent hospitality projects include Marriott Resort - Jim Corbett, ITC Welcome Katra, Marriott Resort - Chikmanglur and various others.

Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow. You will be responsible for identifying new leads, nurturing client relationships, and closing deals to help drive revenue and company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calls
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored proposals, follow up regularly, and push for conversions
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using Zoho CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, support, operations) to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preffered)
  • 1–2 years of sales or business development experience (B2B or B2C)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
  • Comfortable with field sales and client visits, if required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a quick learner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jharsa, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
