Draughtsman

Job Summary We are seeking a Draughtsman with 2–6 years of experience in preparing detailed 2D and 3D drawings for architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software, with a solid understanding of design principles, materials, and construction detailing. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and designers to translate concepts into precise drawings. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed architectural/interior/structural drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or relevant software Interpret sketches, verbal instructions, and design concepts Develop and revise working drawings, sections, elevations, and details Coordinate with design teams to ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with standards Maintain organized records of all drawings and revisions Assist in preparing drawings for client presentations and construction documentation Collaborate with project teams to ensure drawings reflect design intent and practical execution Update drawings based on site changes or client feedback during construction Requirements Diploma or certification in Draughtsmanship, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field 1-2 years of professional experience as a Draughtsman in architecture, interiors, or engineering Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; with understanding of annotations and Xref. Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other software is an advantage should have ability to coordinate with external consultants like MEP, Structure, landscape, quantity surveying Etc.
