As a Business Development Manager in US IT staffing, you will be responsible for: - Having 5 to 15 years of experience in Business Development of US IT Staffing and Recruitment - Demonstrating a proven track record in new business development and account management of direct as well as Tier-1 clients - Being efficient in identifying new business opportunities with Direct Clients, Integrators & Primary Vendors - Having expertise with establishing new service agreements with Clients - Penetrating target accounts and reaching out to appropriate decision-makers through Telesales activities Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience in direct sales in the IT staffing industry including prospecting, cold calling, generating leads, and client presentations within a professional business to business sales organization - Ability to build relationships with decision-makers to gather the necessary job requisitions to place qualified consultants - Developing and sustaining effective new business relationships with accounts/clients and independently handling staffing business & managing the team If you are looking for a challenging role in Business Development Manager (US IT staffing) with opportunities for growth and utilizing your experience in US IT Staffing and Recruitment, this position might be the right fit for you.,
