Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify and acquire C&I clients across sectors like manufacturing, warehousing, FMCG, pharma, auto, retail, etc.

Build and manage a strong pipeline to achieve 2030 MW rooftop solar annual targets.

Conduct client meetings, load assessments, and coordinate site surveys.

Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals covering system sizing, yield, financial benefits, and PPA tariffs.

Lead negotiations and close EPC/PPA contracts.

Stay updated on MNRE guidelines, state policies, and DISCOM net-metering regulations.

Coordinate with engineering, finance, and legal teams for proposals and contract finalization.

Track sales KPIs and provide regular pipeline reporting.
