Job Description

As a Business Development Manager for our solar business in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, your role will involve developing and implementing marketing strategies, generating leads, creating franchises, handling customers, promoting the brand, and coordinating with the team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth - Generate leads and identify new business opportunities - Create and manage franchises to expand the reach of the business - Handle customer inquiries and provide effective solutions - Promote the brand through various marketing channels - Coordinate and collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives Qualifications Required: - Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in the Solar/Energy sector - Strong communication and leadership skills - Proficient in lead generation and strategy planning - Ability to work towards targets and meet deadlines - Must have own vehicle and a valid Driver's License - Immediate joiner preferred Please note that the salary for this position is up to Rs. 35,000 per month.
