Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager – Solar, located in the Mohali district. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, developing and executing sales strategies, and coordinating with engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution. The role involves frequent interaction with clients, market analysis, and staying updated on industry trends and regulations. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have · Solar EPC sales · C&I market development · Techno-commercial evaluation · EPC contract negotiation · Bid and proposal management · CRM (Salesforce) Preferred · PVsyst modeling · Project finance structuring · Knowledge of rooftop/net-metering regulations and corporate PPA models Qualifications Experience in business development and sales within the renewable energy sector Strong understanding of solar energy projects and industry standards Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to conduct market analysis and develop effective sales strategies Proficiency in client relationship management and project coordination Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field Ability to work on-site and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Knowledge of international codes and compliances in the renewable energy sector
