Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Business Development:
    - Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth.    - Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.2. Market Analysis & Research:    - Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.    - Provide insights to inform business development strategies.3. Partnerships & Collaborations:    - Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.    - Negotiate and close deals that drive business growth.4. Sales Strategy & Execution:    - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.    - Collaborate with sales teams to achieve business objectives.5. Team Leadership:    - Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.    - Foster a culture of innovation and excellence.6. Revenue Growth:    - Drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and partnerships.    - Analyze sales metrics and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience into Startup

Desired Skills:
- Experience in logistics industries.- Knowledge of market trends and analysis.- Certification in sales or business development is a plus.- Experience with strategic partnerships and collaborations.- Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders.
