Roles and Responsibilities :

Business Acquisition:

Primarily responsible for generating new business and driving revenue growth for the company within the service industry.
This involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs.

Complete Business Cycle Management:

Manage the entire business development lifecycle, which includes:

Lead Generation:
Proactively create and identify new business leads through various channels.
Presentations:
Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services.
Concept Selling:
Demonstrate a strong ability to sell complex concepts and solutions rather than just products.
Negotiation & Contracting:
Lead negotiations on terms and conditions, and finalize contracts with clients.
Closing Deals:
Successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed business targets.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and client loyalty.

Communication Excellence:

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for impactful presentations, clear proposals, and effective client interactions.

Corporate Relationships (Added Benefit):

Leverage existing corporate relationships, particularly within HR or Admin departments, to identify and convert new business opportunities.
