Business Development Manager (BDM)
Openings: 10Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in HL, LAP, BL, and Used Car LoansKey Responsibilities:Drive business growth by acquiring new customers and building strong relationships in the assigned territory.Manage a team of Business Development Executives to achieve loan sales targets.Develop and execute strategies for increasing market penetration across HL, LAP, BL, and Used Car Loans.Maintain relationships with channel partners, DSAs, and referral networks.Ensure compliance with company policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory requirements.Monitor portfolio quality and implement corrective measures to control delinquency.Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.Skills & Competencies:Proven track record of sales achievement in retail lending.Strong market knowledge in HL, LAP, BL, and Used Car Loan products.Excellent team management and leadership abilities.Good negotiation, communication, and customer relationship skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets.
