- Develop Dealer's and Distribution Market in Wires and Cable and its accessories.
- Develop Business in Govt, Semi Govt, Multinational and other organisation- Business plan for Monthly/ quarterly/ Half yearly/ Yearly- Increase Business Volume for new clients- Forsee the Business environment and advise management for product sales and for introducing new products- Shall be a self evaluator for Business planning, and its approval from Management- Realistic Business plan submission and follow the same to become realistic.Major Area/ Group Responsibility- Lead, nurture and make good use of your team productivity- Study & prepare employee enhancement policy and its implications- Individual & group training for team members- Maintaining discipline and work culture of Gala Group among employeesOther Area/ Regular Responsibility- Attending the meeting, seminars, training as and when required or as demanded by management- Maintain all disciplines and ethics as guided by Management- Refer policy book for guidance and strictly follow the same.
