The Channel Sales & Business Development Manager will be responsible for expanding business through channel partners, and team generating leads, and driving sales team. The role focuses on building strong relationships, on boarding new partners, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
* Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners such as brokers, agencies, and financial consultants.
* Build long-term, trustworthy relationships to ensure consistent business flow.
* Monitor partner performance and provide support to achieve targets.
* Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration for financial products.
* Generate leads through channel development and networking activities.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the company.
* Drive sales of products such as MF, insurance, investment products etc.
* Work closely with internal teams for documentation, approvals, and disbursement.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and clients.
* Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and channel partners.
* Ensure all channel partners follow compliance standards and documentation norms.
* Good understanding of financial products ( Mutual Fund, Insurance, Bond etc.)
* Negotiation and sales closing ability
* Market analysis and business development skills
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools.
