Based out of New Delhi office.


Responsibilities:

  • Own the Territory:

    Take charge of your sales targets and opportunity pipeline for cutting-edge products like SCADA, BMS, RTU, DDC Controllers, IoT Controllers, and our robust software solutions.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships:

    Seek out and build game-changing relationships with System Integrators, OEMs, and Panel Builders. Become the go-to expert for our partners in the region.
  • Develop Channel Partner Network:

    Build and grow a network of trusted channel partners who will serve as extended sales and execution arms. Empower them to amplify our reach and drive results.
  • Lead the Charge in Marketing:

    Play a key role in planning and executing dynamic marketing activities, including customer meets, product launches, and impactful demonstrations. Be the face of innovation and grow the team
  • Spot New Opportunities:

    Keep your eyes peeled for fresh avenues to expand our reach and revenue streams. No opportunity is too small!
  • Cultivate Relationships:

    Develop new connections to fuel business growth and maintain solid relationships with current clients. Your network is your net worth.
  • LinkedIn Marketing Pro:

    Utilize LinkedIn to identify and reach out to potential customers. Leverage the platform to build relationships, promote solutions, and expand your influence.
  • Present Like a Pro:

    You’re an excellent presenter, capable of captivating an audience and delivering tailored solutions with confidence and clarity.


Candidate Profile:

  • Qualifications:

    Ideal is PGDM/ MBA + BE/BTech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation—plus 6-8 years of hands-on experience in sales or project execution in electrical or automation sectors.
  • Relationship Guru:

    You’ve worked with end-users, consultants, system integrators, and panel builders—bonus points if you’ve got a strong rapport with them!
  • Great Communicator:

    You’re a natural when it comes to communication and have top-notch interpersonal skills. You’re always focused and driven to hit your goals.
  • Excel & Power BI Knowledge:

    You’re comfortable with basic computer skills like Excel and Power BI, helping you analyze data, track progress, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Delhi NCR Based:

    This opportunity is perfect for someone based in the dynamic Delhi NCR region.
