Role Description

This full-time role is located on-site in Gurugram. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include market research, lead generation, proposal development, and negotiating contracts. You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong business acumen and experience in business development and sales
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in market research and lead generation
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
• Experience in proposal development and contract negotiation
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the MICE industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
