Job Description

Position: Senior BD Consultant/ Deputy Manager Business Development. (B2B Sales Executive) Position Purpose: This role is responsible for driving business development activities, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding the company's presence in the recruitment and staffing industry. This position combines strategic execution with team management, ensuring delivery aligns with business goals and targets. The role will oversee client acquisition, client management, and team revenue targets through a data-driven approach, contributing to the long-term goals of Organization. Reports to: Head of Operations Recruitment Location: (Hybrid or Remote, depending on the location) Supervisory Responsibilities: 1 to 5 sales team members Employment type: Full-time/Contractual (Depends on the experience and current working status) Key Responsibilities Data sourcing and management Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Job portals Naukri, Shine, Monster, ATS; Google search, and from offline networks of the hiring managers, and HR team from the HR departments of companies in the business of Technology, Commercial & Digital Technology & Data; MedTech & Diagnostic systems, Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences, Chemical industry; Engineering, Procurement & Construction; Manufacturing, Industrials, Chemicals, Consumer and Materials; FMCG; BFSI. Maintaining the database on a real-time basis on CRM of the Organization. CRM and data management All sales data must be updated in real-time on the CRM. This includes tracking generated leads, cold calls, marketing emails (cold and otherwise), and their statuses. The CRM should, at any moment, provide an accurate and complete view of the entire sales process for each client you source and onboard. Cold calling, emailing, and reaching-out to the leads Setting the right and optimum reach out targets in agreement with the reporting manager and ensuring the daily milestones are reached by using every resource available in the Organization. This means cold calling; Cold emailing. (From CRM & email suite) Connecting on LinkedIn. Ensuring that this data is recorded on CRM on a real time basis. Reporting Taking day-to-day and weekly meetings with the manager to set the right goals for the week and month and reviewing ongoing progress for course correction. Proactively connecting with the reporting manager throughout the day to seek help/support. Presenting data to the management on a weekly and monthly basis on the sales progress. This data should include the reach outs made (Cold calls, emails, LinkedIn connects); meetings done for the week; Potential and ongoing client onboardings. Revenue generated from the clients onboarded. Sales Meetings Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client. Having effective sales meetings in order to : Understand the recruitment ecosystem of the client. Position us as the best choice for the client. Facilitate job requirement generation from the client. Sales proposals Create presentations based on clients requirements. Emphasize our unique selling propositions and our strengths. Coordinate with the delivery team for relevant case studies to be part of the client proposal. Client Coordination and relationship management Write professional emails to document all discussions with clients. Serve as the liaison between the client and the delivery team, from contract initiation to job requirement closure. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling escalations and resolving issues. Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and identify growth opportunities Innovation & Process Improvement Introducing innovative methods to improve the client acquisition process and client quality. Continuously assessing and enhancing team approaches to client engagement, ensuring high service standards and client satisfaction.
