Job Description


Need someone with hospital marketing experience To develop and implement strategic marketing and business development initiatives aimed at increasing inpatient admissions, lab test volumes, and enhancing the hospital’s overall brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic Planning & Execution:

• Develop and execute business development plans to increase inpatient volumes and diagnostic/lab revenues.

• Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and competitor services to identify new growth opportunities.

• Set measurable KPIs for growth in specific service areas.



Marketing & Outreach:

• Design and implement B2C and B2B marketing strategies including digital marketing, community outreach, health camps, CME programs, and awareness drives.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for high-margin specialties (e.g., surgery, maternity, cardiology).

• Promote diagnostic services to external clinics, GPs, wellness centers, and corporate clients.


Referral Network Development:

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with general physicians, specialty clinics, corporate health partners, and insurance TPAs.

• Conduct regular visits, meetings, and educational events with referring physicians and healthcare partners.


Operational Collaboration:

• Collaborate with clinical departments to align marketing efforts with hospital capacity and specialty service lines.

• Work with the operations and front office teams to ensure smooth patient referral intake and tracking.


Data Monitoring & Reporting:

• Monitor growth in inpatient admissions and lab test volumes on a weekly/monthly basis.

• Use CRM and business intelligence tools to track referral sources and campaign effectiveness.

• Prepare performance reports and present them to senior leadership.



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Increase in monthly inpatient admissions (% growth)

• Growth in lab test volume and revenue

• Number and quality of referral partnerships established

• ROI on marketing campaigns

• Patient acquisition cost vs revenue per patient
