Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: • Develop and execute business development plans to increase inpatient volumes and diagnostic/lab revenues. • Analyze market trends, patient demographics, and competitor services to identify new growth opportunities. • Set measurable KPIs for growth in specific service areas. Marketing & Outreach: • Design and implement B2C and B2B marketing strategies including digital marketing, community outreach, health camps, CME programs, and awareness drives. • Coordinate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns for high-margin specialties (e.g., surgery, maternity, cardiology). • Promote diagnostic services to external clinics, GPs, wellness centers, and corporate clients.
