🚨 We're Hiring | Business Development Manager
📍 Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Only NCR-based candidates will be shortlisted)
🕒 Experience: 2 to 4 Years
📅 Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, a flair for sales, and a background in professional services—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and market research
✔️ Conduct client meetings and deliver effective business presentations
✔️ Understand client needs and offer customized solutions
✔️ Negotiate terms and close business deals
✔️ Coordinate with internal teams for successful delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile:
🔹 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales
🔹 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
🔹 Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
🔹 Background in a CA firm or financial services will be a plus
🔹 Based in NCR (Gurugram preferred)
🔹 Ready to join within 15 days or immediately
