QBID Infotech is expanding its IT Staff Augmentation vertical, and we’re looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager who can own, grow, and scale this practice.

🔹 Role Overview

As a Business Development Manager – IT Staff Augmentation, you will be responsible for driving new business, building long-term client relationships, and positioning QBID Infotech as a trusted IT staffing partner across global markets.

This is a senior, individual-contributor role with high ownership and growth potential.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive end-to-end sales for IT Staff Augmentation services

✅ Develop and execute strategies to grow the staffing vertical

✅ Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts

✅ Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing

✅ Build strong relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, HR, Procurement)

✅ Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams for successful fulfillment

✅ Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets

🔹 What We’re Looking For

✔️ 5+ years of proven experience in IT Staff Augmentation / IT Services sales

✔️ Strong understanding of C2C, W2, contract staffing, offshore/onshore models

✔️ Existing client relationships and ability to generate business independently

✔️ Experience selling to US and/or international markets

✔️ Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

✔️ Results-driven mindset with strong market knowledge
