Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Vadodara and Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 8 to 14 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry with a sales and marketing background in air and sea products.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop new corporate customers, generate volume, and retain existing customers.
Focus on developing international freight forwarding business for air and sea products.
Meet assigned sales targets and regularly update customer visits and other tasks in the system.
Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly Marketing & Sales planning reports to senior authorities.
Generate profitable business from the assigned territory and manage geographical sales areas to maximize revenue.
Plan strategies to achieve management requirements and deliver results under pressure.
