What You'll Do


Our mission is to empower professionals, institutions, and industry stakeholders by co-creating impactful and future-ready learning solutions.

As part of the Education team, you will develop and implement B2B and B2C sales strategies for executive education programs, leadership training, corporate training and micro-credential offerings of a European university, targeting working professionals, corporate L&D teams, and HR decision-makers for upskilling.

Forging strategic partnerships with corporates, universities, and industry bodies to drive student enrolment is a key aspect of this role.

This role aligns to our vision of bridging skill gaps and promoting lifelong learning for working professionals.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Identify and build partnerships with corporates, industry associations, and educational institutions for executive education programs.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for executive education programs – from lead generation and client outreach to conversion and post-enrollment engagement.
  • Identify, build, and manage institutional collaborations and industry partnerships to drive enrollments for corporate trainings and leadership trainings
  • Conduct needs assessments with corporate clients to offer tailored learning solutions aligned with their business goals.
  • Lead the joint development of curriculum for micro-credentials and certifications aligned with industry requirements.
  • Coordinate with academic partners and internal teams (marketing, operations, faculty coordinators) to ensure seamless program delivery and learner experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging skill gaps and industry trends.
  • Develop proposals, MoUs, and partnership agreements.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, roundtables, and education events.
  • Track program success, learner outcomes, and ROI for corporate partners.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.
  • Existing network in corporates, HR/L&D departments, or universities.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in executive education sales, Executive courses business development, higher education sales, EdTech, or corporate/ Leadership training sales.
  • Strong understanding of the continuing education and upskilling landscape.
  • Proven experience in building strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams—academic, marketing, and tech.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving market.
