A business development manager works in strategic planning, sales management, and prospecting for new clients to help grow an organization.

Minimum Qualifications

Any CS/IT Background

Roles and Responsibilities

Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships

International business development and client generation for Web designing & Development, PHP, WordPress, Magento, Mobile app, etc.

Business Development Team Building & Management

Strong Track Record of achieving Development

Should possess Excellent Communication & Analytical skills

Must have experience of international IT client generation

Empowering employee sales skills to achieve targeted sales

Identifying good leads, Negotiating and closing business relationships

Maintain regular contact with key client

Responsible for making RFP s, Estimation, calling & mailing

Have expertise on bidding portals (Upwork, Guru etc)

Excellent Communication skills

Cold Calling, Email, Direct marketing

Self-ability to manage marketing and using creative ways and strategy for sales and marketing

Must have knowledge of basic IT skills especially (PHP Language)

Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks to achieve strategic goals

Motivate the team, track performance, and report metrics
