About the Role:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage
end-to-end international client relationships of existing clients of company.
Collaborate with
design, production, merchandising, and QA teams
to ensure timely and quality order execution.
Handle
costing, pricing negotiations, and margin analysis
in coordination with senior management.
Oversee
manufacturing and production processes
, ensuring adherence to buyer specifications and delivery timelines.
Guide and mentor the team
to ensure smooth client coordination and process flow.
Maintain clear communication channels between
clients, internal departments, and management
for transparent workflow.
Monitor order progress, production schedules, and shipment plans, proactively addressing any issues or delays.
Prepare
client reports, business summaries, and performance updates
for management review.
Work closely with the
Vice President
to drive operational efficiency and business growth initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, export documentation, and quality standards.

Key Skills & Requirements:

6+ years of experience in
export jewellery operations
or international client management (Gold/Silver).
Strong understanding of
production processes, costing, and supply chain management
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and meet strict timelines.
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of
ERP systems, Excel, and CRM tools
.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing high-value global clients independently.
