About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager – Partnerships & Growth to accelerate Paywize’s expansion through strategic alliances, new partnerships, and business opportunities. This role requires someone who thrives in the fintech ecosystem, can build high-value CXO relationships, and has the drive to unlock long-term growth for Paywize.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and onboard banking, fintech, and enterprise partnerships to strengthen Paywize’s ecosystem.
  • Explore and develop new business verticals including Connected Banking, Bill Payments, and SwitchQ.
  • Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy, GTM execution, and revenue plans.
  • Represent Paywize in industry forums, fintech events, and client meetings to showcase our capabilities.
  • Work closely with sales & marketing to support lead generation and new client acquisitions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and regulatory changes to drive proactive growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in business development / partnerships (fintech, BFSI, or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem (UPI, Payouts, Collections, VAMs, APIs).
  • Proven ability to build and manage CXO-level relationships and strategic alliances.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
