Lead the hotel and property acquisition process from identification to final closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, developers, and investors.
Develop and implement strategic expansion plans aligned with the companys growth objectives. commercial terms
Conduct feasibility studies and commercial evaluations for new projects.
Negotiate and finalize management contracts, revenue share agreements, .
Collaborate with internal teams across Finance, Legal, Projects, and Operations for smooth property onboarding.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor developments to identify potential opportunities.
Represent the company at industry forums and networking events to enhance brand presence.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in the hotel industry, specializing in business development, property acquisition, or expansion.
Proven track record in closing high-value deals and driving business growth.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
