About Us:

Techture is a consulting firm working to provide innovative solutions in the field of Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. We deliver extensive Design, Engineering, and Project Management services leveraging Building Information Modelling (BIM) and associated technologies.


Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our international expansion, particularly in the US market. This is a pivotal role in our company, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and establishing our presence in key international markets. The ideal candidate will be strategic, results-oriented, and possess a deep understanding of the BIM industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

Ø Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities in the US and other international markets.

Ø Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective strategies.

 

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Ø Identify, target, and establish relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.

Ø Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Ø Present BIM solutions to potential clients, demonstrating the value and benefits of our services.

 

Sales Strategy and Execution:

Ø Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth objectives.

Ø Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.

Ø Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

 

Travel and Representation:

Ø Travel extensively to the US and other international locations for client meetings, industry conferences, and trade shows.

Ø Represent the company at industry events, building a strong network of contacts and promoting our brand.

 

Collaboration and Coordination:

Ø Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, project management, technical) to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.

Ø Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities, sales progress, and market insights.


Experience:

Ø Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the BIM or construction industry.

Ø Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in international markets.

 

Skills:

Ø Understanding of BIM and its applications in the construction industry.

Ø Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ø Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Ø Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Ø Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to different cultures and business environments.
