Sr. BIM Engineer - MEP

4-6 years Nagpur, Indore Full-Time We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Engineer MEP to join our dynamic team. Roles & Responsibilities Demonstrate expertise in working with a CDE platform such as ACC/BIM360. Utilize the platform for effective collaboration and project data management. Conduct clash detection for all trades and provide technical resolutions to clients. Address technical discrepancies in Architect drawings, particularly focusing on requirements like Shaft specifications. Ensure proper file setup and maintain comprehensive documentation. Initiate Requests for Information (RFI) in case of technical discrepancies in Architect drawings. Establish BIM-integrated workflows to enhance project efficiency. Provide guidance and training to project team members on BIM processes. Review As-Built Drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project specifications. Coordinate and monitor all MEP modelling and drawing activities, covering Mechanical, Electrical, Water, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting. Align activities with the program schedule to ensure a smooth flow of work and timely submission to the End Client. Extract MEP quantities from Revit models to support project estimating and analysis. Collaborate with Project Leads and Managers to ensure a seamless project delivery. Offer support in resolving technical challenges and optimizing project workflows. Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards will be considered an added value to the profile. Skills Preferred Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field. Extensive experience in BIM engineering, specifically in the MEP domain. Proficiency in working with CDE platforms such as ACC/BIM360. Strong clash detection skills and the ability to provide effective technical resolutions. Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards is preferred. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Proven ability to review As-Built Drawings for correctness and completeness. Experience in coordinating and monitoring MEP modeling and drawing activities.
