Job Description

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to acquire clients in the US for outsourced design services.

Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, etc.), trade shows, and inbound marketing coordination.

Identify target industries and clients, including architecture, engineering, construction (AEC), product design, and manufacturing companies.

Pitch and present our services to prospective US clients, highlighting capabilities, success stories, and ROI of outsourcing

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting, pitching, negotiating, to closing deals.

Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, estimates, presentations, and SOWs (Scope of Work).

Maintain and grow relationships with new and existing US clients to drive repeat business.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and product development.

  • Maintain CRM records and generate regular sales reports and forecasts.
