Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Architects, understanding their project needs, and positioning our services as the ideal solution.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target architects, architectural firms, and consultants for partnership and sales opportunities.
Conduct regular visits and meetings with architects to present company services, capabilities, and project experience.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal engineering teams to develop tailored proposals.
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to generate repeat business.
Track project leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into confirmed business.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking forums to promote the brand and expand the client base.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field.
5-6 years of experience in business development or sales in the construction, engineering, or related industries.
Proven track record in building professional relationships and closing sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and site visits.
