Job Title: Manager Sr Manager – Business Development
We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven professional to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing key customer relationships, and achieving growth targets. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a professional presence in front of customers.
Identify and approach potential new customers.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations.
Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
Maintain updated customer records, reports, and sales pipelines.
Represent the company in client meetings, industry exhibitions, and trade shows.
Defined KPI targets to be achieved for each assigned client account
Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities.
Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage and resolve issues effectively.
Learning attitude and willingness to adapt to dynamic market environments.
Flexible with working hours and open to frequent client visits.
Knowledge of machining processes or automotive manufacturing is an advantage.
