We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven professional to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new business, managing key customer relationships, and achieving growth targets. This role requires a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a professional presence in front of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and approach potential new customers.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business development targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations.

Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue objectives.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

Maintain updated customer records, reports, and sales pipelines.

Represent the company in client meetings, industry exhibitions, and trade shows.

Defined KPI targets to be achieved for each assigned client account
